Data Deletion — SupraPay
This page explains how to request account and personal-data deletion at SupraPay, in line with app-store requirements (including Google Play).
1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and/or associated personal data:
- Email suporte@suprapay.com.br with the subject:
Data deletion request — SupraPay. - If you use the mobile app, you may also open a support ticket from the authenticated account (when available) stating that you want to delete the account/data.
- Keep proof of submission (email or ticket number).
2. How to identify the account
Include in your request, whenever possible:
- full name;
- email registered with SupraPay;
- associated phone number (if applicable);
- user identifier or internal ID (if known);
- linked merchant / business name;
- platform used (Android / iOS / web).
The more information you provide, the faster we can locate the correct account.
3. Verification of the request
For security, SupraPay will verify the request before acting on it. We may:
- confirm control of the registered email address;
- request additional validation information;
- contact the merchant administrator when the account is tied to a business operation;
- refuse or pause requests that cannot be authenticated or that show signs of fraud.
We do not perform deletions without reasonable identity/authorization verification.
4. What data may be deleted or anonymized
When the request is valid and legally appropriate, we may delete or anonymize, among other items:
- account profile data (user name, login email, contact phone, preferences);
- device and push-notification tokens;
- certain technical logs not required for legal obligations;
- support contents that need not be retained.
Deletion may occur through erasure, irreversible access deactivation, and/or anonymization, depending on the data type and systems involved.
5. What data may need to be retained
Not all data can be deleted immediately or in full.
The following may be retained, in whole or in part:
- financial and transactional records (payments, PIX, settlements, statements);
- receipts and evidence of operations;
- tax, accounting, and billing information;
- anti-fraud, security, and compliance records;
- data needed for audits, disputes, mediations, or legal defense;
- information required by payment providers or authorities.
6. Legal / regulatory reasons for retention
Retention may be necessary to:
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to payment services and financial platforms;
- meet tax, accounting, and record-keeping duties;
- prevent fraud, money laundering, and abuse;
- investigate security incidents;
- respond to orders from competent authorities;
- exercise or defend rights in administrative or judicial proceedings.
Retention periods depend on the record type and applicable rules. After the period ends, data are deleted or anonymized when possible.

Timing and response
