SupraPay Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SupraPay platform, including the mobile application, web dashboards, APIs, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using SupraPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About SupraPay
SupraPay is a technology platform that enables merchants and authorized users to access payment and digital-operations features, which may include — depending on what is contracted and enabled — collections, PIX, transfers, statements, support, and, when available, cryptocurrency/USDT operations.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer of financial products that are not enabled, nor a representation of licenses, regulatory authorizations, or warranties that do not actually exist for the contracted service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to contract and be authorized by the relevant merchant or entity.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registered information.
- You must keep credentials, devices, and authentication factors confidential.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
SupraPay may suspend or restrict access upon indications of fraud, breach, security risk, or legal requirement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
- not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the system;
- not engage in unlawful reverse engineering, abusive scraping, or unauthorized access;
- not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, illicit financing, or other prohibited activities;
- respect operational limits, internal policies, and applicable compliance requirements.
4. Payment and operations services
Payment, PIX, transfer, settlement, and cryptocurrency/USDT features depend on:
- account configuration;
- payment providers and rails;
- availability of networks and third parties;
- operational and risk rules.
Transaction timing, statuses, and receipts are shown based on information available in the system. Delays or failures of third parties may affect execution.
5. Fees and commercial terms
Fees, spreads, commissions, and commercial conditions are defined in the contractual relationship with the merchant/customer and/or in the configuration visible on the Platform. In case of doubt, the applicable commercial agreement prevails.
6. Intellectual property
SupraPay trademarks, software, interfaces, documentation, and content are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform under these Terms. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred.
7. Privacy
Personal-data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. For deletion requests, see Data Deletion.
8. Availability and changes
SupraPay aims to keep the Platform operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, product evolution, or legal requirements, seeking to communicate material changes when reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SupraPay does not guarantee specific commercial results;
- we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from misuse, force majeure, or third-party failures (including payment networks, internet, devices, or vendors);
- total liability, if any, is limited to what is provided in the applicable commercial contract or, failing that, the maximum allowed by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach, risk, fraud, authority order, or end of the commercial relationship. You may request account closure through support channels and the data-deletion page, without prejudice to legally required retention.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to SupraPay’s operations and the contracts entered into with merchants/customers.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use after publication may constitute acceptance of the changes, unless law requires another mechanism.
